Alfresco Public Folder add-on Key Features: (1) Make an Alfresco Folder publicly accessible via unique URL without any login requirement. Easy to share contents with guest users / external users with download only access. This Add-on adds self-service Forgot Password / Password Reset Functionality to Alfresco, instead of contacting Alfresco Admin for resetting the password. The module includes a simple Login page with Forgot Password button and two additional pages for accepting the username and for entering the new password. The Password Reset link is sent to the email associated with user's account, valid for only one-time use in 24 hours.

This add-on provide an additional space to store node templates within every Site. When using Alfresco out-of-the-box, documents stored in Repository > Data Dictionary > Node Templates are listed when using Share action Create document from template with no particular order or classification. By using this addon, also documents having cm:templatable aspect inside the current Site will be added to the list. These templates can be stored in any folder inside the Site and they will be ordered by name in the list (just after default \"data dictionary\" templates). The Alfesco Sync addon syncs a source folder with a target folder within your Repository. Any changes within the source folder hierarchy will be synced to the target folder. An example use case is publishing documents managed by content authors from one Site to a target audience in a different site that do not have access to the source site or content. Note: This is designed to allow one way sync of content between folders and Sites to enable collaboration and sharing of content.
