Scan documents as TIFF or PDF directly within Alfresco Share interface. No third-party scanning software required. The add-on provides capability to: - Scan documents directly within Alfresco folder using web browser. - Supports most TWAIN compatible scanners. - Scan documents as Grey-scale/ B&W / Color TIFF or PDF file. - Auto-feeder support for Multi-page scanning. - Preview scanned images during scanning. - Rotate, Flip, Reorder or Delete Scanned pages before saving as TIFF / PDF. - Add Metadata to scanned documents before saving in Alfresco repository. Future upgrades: - Embed Scanner Controls within the Alfresco user interface. - Add OCR capability to save as text PDF.
