EisenVault (www.eisenvault.com) has released E-Signature add-on that allows users to sign their PDF documents. What is it? 1. Sign PDF documents with profile signature. 2. A document can be signed by multiple users. 3. User's full name and signed date will be shown along with the signature. How does it work? 1. Add your signature image in your profile using \"My Profile\" page. 2. Open PDF document in details and use \"Add E-Signature\" action to sign it. 3. A new signature page will get created at the end of the document and get signed with your profile signature. 4. Same document can be signed by multiple users. 5. This add-on provide a job to remove abandoned files in Deleted Content Store. From Alfresco 5.2 (201707 GA) a **Trashcan Cleaner** job is provided out of the box, although is disabled by default. This job removes documents from trash can periodically. Once a content has been deleted from trashcan, `ContentStoreCleaner` job moves it to Deleted Content Store and change node state to `deleted` in database 14 days after. `NodeServiceCleanup` job remove the node from database 30 days after, but in the end the file is still living in Deleted Content Store. This addon will purge from Deleted Content Store (usually at `${alfresco}/alf_data/contentstore.deleted`) these abandoned files.

Google Chrome). This module uses a software digital certificate or a cryptographic hardware supported by a smart card installed on the computer of the user. AutoFirma local application is currently supported only for Windows, but Mac OS and Linux versions are on the roadmap. This Windows application shall be installed before using the addon.
